Talking this feeling of Education the renowned Educationalist Mr. Narottam Pal laid foundation stone of Banirupa Charitable Trust in 2006. With a Vision of Progress of education & with the approval of Govt. of Odisha under CHSE +2 Science & +2 Commerce streams was opened in the year 2008 At first with limited Staff & Students, in the midst of calm & quiet Green Environment BCCST was established. The main aim was to cater the High Education needs youth of odisha.

In course of time BCCST signified its self-introduction by establishing +3 Degree Course in Science Hons with 128 seats in 2016 and later on +3 Commerce Hons with 64 seats in 2017. In gradual process Banirupa Charitable Trust saw its flourishing two Management courses like BCA/BBA with 60 seats each under Bhubaneswar School of Management (BSM) in 2023.The college being affiliated under Utkal University Vanibihar and CHSE Odisha, received permanent recognition by the Dept of Higher Education, Govt. of Odisha. Hence it can be concluded that the college BCCST Cherished its goal to provide both qualitative & Performance-Oriented Knowledge to its students.

Bhubaneswar college of Computer Science & Technology, Chandaka one of the leading +2 & +3 residential college in Bhubaneswar Odisha was established in the year 2000 under Banirupa Charitable Trust to Cater the high education needs of the youth of Odisha.

The year 2008 is remarkable for the opening of +2 science having 128 seats and +2 commerce with 64 seats under Bhubaneswar Higher Secondary School of Computer Science & Technology(BCCST)and in 2016 in the name of Bhubaneswar College (Degree) of Computer Science & Technology, BCCST Celebrated mile stone in starting +3 Science (Hons) with128 seats and +3 Commerce (Hons) with 128 seats.
